We're so happy you're here and chose to shop with Winnie Collective! Our goal is to make sure you love your pieces, and if something doesn't work out, we're here to help and make sure you have a great experience.

Shipping 

Processing Time: We will ship your items 1-3 business days after receiving your order

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders $50+ | $5 Economy shipping for orders under $50.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Winnie Collective is not able to offer refunds or cancel orders. Like many small boutiques, we offer store credit for eligible returns or exchanges for a different size, if available.

Return Window: All returns & exchanges must be made within 7 days of order delivery date.

Return Eligibility: Store credit will be given to returned items only if the items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

We kindly ask you double-check your items for any makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other marks, as items that do not meet these conditions may be deemed ineligible for return.

Exchanges: If the item you ordered doesn't fit the way you hoped, you may exchange it for a different size, as long as the new size is available and the item meets our return conditions. If the new size is not available, we'd be happy to offer store credit for a future purchase.
